The City of Poway and the San Diego County Library selected Cardwell Architects to design a new 20,000 square foot library. The plan is organized by an arcaded courtyard, featuring distinctive landscape and water features, which provides entrance to the library and community meeting room. The courtyard space is designed for library programs and community events.
