The
Georgian-Federal Revival house is sited on a prominence looking
over Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains. Formal additions
were made to the house to increase floor space, specifically in
the family living areas and bedrooms. The floor plan was re-organized
to formalize the relationship of the rooms and to provide a more
efficient use of space. Original details and materials were used
to make a seamless architectural transition between old and new.
