The John A. Cherberg Building houses the Senate of the State of Washington.
Cardwell Architects was selected for the restoration and rehabilitation of the building.
The work includes programming and re-configuring the historic building to better accommodate the
Senate, their offices and support spaces. The building will be seismically braced and new system
infrastructure will be inserted. |
